Suggestion {xx~Important~xx}

I had a suggestion..? Well, I was thinking, maybe, that we should only let proffesionalists have the coloured name for a graphic artist? Because many people apply to be graphic artist just so they have a colored name, and people don't order because they don't like their graphics.. And others who just want to open a shop may open a shop without a colored name. Here is why I think this-

-Members who need help will go to anyone with a colored name and some colored-name people can't help, so they will get mixed up. ~Also we'll only hire people who have been here a long time and know what to do.~

-We'll have too many people with colored names that we barely have any regular members. Then they will apply and I don't accept then they will quit.

I 100% Agree. Someone might know a lot about graphics, but they might not be that good at them, or someone might be not that great at graphics, and they just want that colored name.

I agree but i think that all active members who are staff should be able to have the option of getting a colored name.... and btw not to complain or anything but it's just a colored name right?
